Due to the customized nature of the items we make and sell and the services we provide, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges unless you receive a wrong or faulty item. All sales are considered FINAL for any product(s) or service(s) provided by Creative Iye.

In the event that your item is wrong or faulty, please contact us and include photographic/video evidence of the issue within 7 days following the receipt of your order.

Please note that depending on the item, we may need the original back to fix the issue or if the item is small enough we'll make the item over.
